An Important Message from Tom Pappas:
As many of you already know from television and newspaper reports, Toyota has recently recalled several popular models including the Camry, Corolla, and Tundra, among others. While there have been quite a few questions from Toyota owners about the nature of this recall, there's one thing about which there should never be a question: Pappas Toyota is committed to the long-term satisfaction of our customers. To that end, our dealership has made several important changes to accommodate the current recall with increased capacity, efficiency, and scheduling flexibility:
First, we've extended our service hours. We will now be accepting service appointments for Monday through Friday - 7:30am to 9:00pm and Saturday - 8:00am to 5:00pm. Making an appointment is easy; just call us at

Second, we've added additional staff. More technicians, more service advisors, and more greeters mean that, despite the demand, Pappas is prepared to handle your questions, your visit, and any additional maintenance you might need. In fact, over the next month we're encouraging ALL our customers to take advantage of the extra service capacity here at Pappas Toyota by offering 15% OFF parts and labor on any Service Department visit.
Last, we retain our ongoing commitment to a higher level of customer service. Our technicians are the best in the business; many have been with Pappas for over 30 years and all are dedicated to making sure your vehicle recall upgrade is completed with the utmost professionalism. You can count on the rest of our team to provide courteous and helpful answers where you have questions or concerns.
