Ryan was great to work with. I knew what I wanted when I went in and it was appreciated that Ryan wasn't there to upsell or move me into something we didn't want. This was our second new car from Pappas and Ryan could sense that. So it was very non pushy and easy from start to finish on a car Ryan tracked down (being built). I have worked with Brett on two vehicles. Brett has made each of the experiences rather easy and is great at explaining on the nuisances when it comes to buying a new car. There is a reason we want back to Pappas outside of just looking for another Toyota. Would recommend.

I can't say much for the sales end, since I used the Toyota website to request a RAV4 Hybrid from all available dealers in the area. However, I will say that out of all of the dealers the replied, only Pappas answered my question about inventory and bothered to do something besides let me know that no models were currently available. Since my wife and I already knew the model and trim we wanted, this became a very easy process.

Although this is not the dealers fault, there needs to be more cars available to at least test drive. Having them in stock rather than having to order them would also be much better.
